Another HHC down, and still not much to show for it.

Pulled out all storage boxes, bags etc from under kids bed.
Sorted through any boxes that needed it
Put all unused but to nice to throw away soft toys into and emptied storage box
Dysoned under the bed(even more bloody polystyrene stuff)
Replaced 2 sorted and organised storage boxes

Need to do another HHC at 11.30, then will break for dinner.

i will join you again summer, still haven't stripped the bed.....
  • hello and welcome to tabitha, sarahsarah and mrsmorten! it is lovely to have you join us!
I will give you a few brief suggestions to hopefully help you get started.
Make sure you read the first post carefully as it contains all the info and abbreviations that we use!
A new list is added to the 1st post every evening by pigpen our illustrious leader and by the weekend you will have been round the whole house.
Dont get stressed with the mess just try to do the list to whatever level you can manage depending on your home circumstances - work, children OH's!!!!
Even if you only manage level 1 everyday when you come back to that room next week you will find it is easier and as time goes on it becomes more manageable and you will see huge differences - I know it sounds impossible but I can vouch for the fact it works!!!
Remember your home didnt get in a mess overnight so dont expect it to get tidy in a day!! Dont try to do the whole house at once - you will tire yourself out and sicken yourself - we have all tried it!! BABYSTEPS - little and often and you will be amazed at the improvement.
POst what you have done and forget about what you missed - there is no such thing as failure on here!!!
The support, encouragement and friendship on here is simply THE BEST! ask any questions and we will give you our tuppence worth - sometimes sensible sometimes totally insane! We dont bite - well most of us dont - watch out for the full moon:rotfl: and have fun!!
welcome to the totally bonkers mad house!!!!
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine

I'm bored with ironing already! Two baskets done. Only about another 5 to go! I'm also being ruthless and have a pile of stuff I've not worn for ages ready to go to the clothing bank
WTG soappie - and you are de-cluttering at the same time - well done you!!!
I will be following your shining example shortly - just getting organised with the dvds to watch and the ironing board of course :rotfl: :rotfl:

MrsMortenHarket - you have my sympathies for the SPD - ouch, ouch and more ouch!!! You take it carefully!!

Toochoosey - I got my two the wii play for the same reason (think it was Rach who told me about that one - thankyou) and they love the games on it. Is the fairground one Wii carnival? I've got that one from the internet for DDs birthday (April). Sounds like you're going to keep yourself busy! xx
