I've been waiting for £20 worth of Amazon vouchers since the 5th of November 2008. I emailed them using the link on the other thread- but all they said: (copied and pasted from their reply received on Dec 23rd)

'If you consult out FAQ you will see that voucher delivery can take up to 8 weeks; I am afraid there is little I can do to speed up the process. If your vouchers are not delivered within the next two weeks please contact customer support (the link can be found on the FAQ pages as well).

    Kind regards,
    Avner Erez'

Not the most helpful of answers, really. I did ask him why it takes so long to send a couple of email codes from Toluna when Lightspeed manage to email codes for my Amazon vouchers within 2 hours of me requesting them. He doesn't seem to have respnded to that bit.
I'm feeling pretty skeptical about them arriving anytime soon....

They have a blog which keeps you updated, and they just posted a message to confirm that vouchers would be going out next week (third entry down):

Although they are horrendously slow, they do pay out, I've had lots of vouchers from them, but have always had to be patient. It is silly though, Valued Opinions manage to deliver vouchers within seconds of ordering.

  • I've had 5 vouchers (£60 worth) from them during the last year, and I've not exactly been frantically completing surveys. I've had the odd late screen out which is annoying, but tbh it's hard to complain when you're getting something for next to no effort. Vouchers take ages from most online survey things (apart from consumerpulse who I am spoilt by) and so long as they turn up it never really bothered me.

They are slow, but they do get there in the end. I'm not ready to give up on them yet, having had £20, and not far off another tenner. They're better than Ciao, and they credit your points quicker than Valued Opinions, who take aaaaaages for things to clear, and who I've also only had £20 off (and nowhere near another tenner yet!) - so they're equally good/annoying to me
