Finally earnt enough on toluna for voucher how long...

I ordered one (amazon voucher) in nov got it in about 3-4 weeks.

Just ordered another now as somehow got enough points since nov to now.

I ordered a voucher on November 22nd...still waiting. Toluna are lame, I have used them for a couple of years happily enough, but recent changes make it a waste of time.

toluna are C.R.A.P.

as people have mentuioned you end up spenind 10 mins doing the survey and then get told you dont meet the criteria.

even when you complete the survey 80% of the time they dont add the points and you have to email and chase them to add them at least 4 or 5 occasions - thats if your email dont bounce

o and the vouchers take ages to come - they use the excuse that they dont have supplies and logisitcal problems and their office cat has died and they are currently mourning over the loss

I had every excuse appart from the loss of the office cat.. I did get the boss died excuse though.

I contacted an email that is in the other toluna thread and they got it sorted pretty fast, it was 5 weeks wait thou

I gave up on them 2 years back it shouldn't take months for them to send you a Amazon code via email it should be done within days

I do think they should redo their points system. It's crazy, all these thousands of points required just to get £5 at Sainsbury!

Same but still too much as you can get 80% of a survey done and then get the your not what we looking for message. Seeing as a recent rather large survey came , completed 50% on one subject then they changed topics on me that I seemed to not qualify for.
They should give you points on a % scale.

I've started aiming for spa vouchers. 10,000 points is £10 and you can get a decent spa day for about £50 so I'm about to book a day for me and a friend. Much better than waiting years so get enough points for amazon vouchers!
