  • Virgin do tv, broadband and phone package for £30 and I think there are generally offers on the cashback sites for them as well - topcashback.co.uk, quidco.com or cashbackkings.com - you can use these for car insurance etc as well.
  • Oooh! Cashbackkings is a new one for me. Will have to go and have look see :D

  • If I keep adding items on SOA will that not go against me as it will leave less to pay creditors or am I doomed to going for BR!!

What are the chances of remortgaging if I have never defaulted on my payments and I know if I could remortgage it would be a lot cheaper per month but am worried about credit ratings now

If you were trying to remortgage earlier this year it wouldn't be a problem - even if BR but the way the financial climate is I think you will have a very hard time trying.

As for your SOA - you need to add everything that you can to try and avoid an IPA or even if you get an IPA you want to have a bit of a cushion each month for unexpected expenses. Remember there will be no credit to fall back on.

Make sure you compare each site before purchasing anything as the rates do vary from site to site - clear the cookies first though before making your purchase so that the cashback tracks to you!!!!! Enjoy.....its fab! Currently waiting for £600 in cashback due in the next 6 weeks.

you are not doomed for BR worriedsick, just if you are going to go BR then you need to have a fat plump soa as fyp says to cushion you against unexpected expenses.

If you are doing an soa for a dmp, then you should still cushion yourself a little but you will have to trim some stuff back a bit more for a dmp stmt.

so use the suggestions on here for your BR soa if you do decide that BR is the way forward for you. :D
