Dont be surprised, its the norm for zenseeker.
what gets me is, that those who dont have anything tied up in vouchers think its a case of grin and bear it, but why shouldnt you protest and draw attention to this injustice. Its your right, as long as its within the law.
Some of the preachers here are forgetting, those with vouchers arent after a refund, they quite rightly want to use the vouchers for products sitting there on shelves, why is that so wrong?
I couldn't agree more. I wouldn't suggest that it's just that this is the case or otherwise. However the criticism has simply been laid at the wrong door. Ernst and Young are simply applying the law.
The fact is that E&Y have to assess all creditors, and gift-voucher owners are one of them, and then settle claims according to set process.Says James, in my opinion, there's nothing in this world

I know in that sense it isn't but. All that really changed to the actual shops was the Name. What they stock and the prices stayed the same. They even kept the Virgin Media stores inside. I think many people will still associate them with Virgin Megastores.
You could say that about any takeover. Bottom line is that Branson sold it and it's not his any more. Why do you expect him to pick up the tab?Says James, in my opinion, there's nothing in this world

I was just wondering if anyone who returned their vouchers heard anything from the Administrators?0

Did anything ever come of any of the claims people put in?
I got a £30 card on the 16th November and I kept hold of it - didn't envisage myself getting anything for it and I'd have zero if I sent it off.
Should I just bin it now? It's taking up valuable space in my wallet!0 -
Not heard a dicky bird!!!
Don't expect to either - little people like us don't even count as 'something to scrape off your shoe' with things like this.I'm stressed enough over this - please don't add to it.

You'll regret throwing it away if things finally get moving. Bide your time, things like this can take a while to sort out.We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0 -
Had a letter from them in March saying that I was entitled to a full refund and they will get back in touch when everything is confirmed. Not heard anything since.0
