any one else getting lots of emails from cap 1 ref the estatment being ready?

any one know if there is a problem with cap 1 or is it my internet account? as my statement is produced on the 27th and since yesterday i have had 7 emails stating the "estatement" is ready for veiwing, the estatement is a duplicate as i still get the postal one issued, so i usually dont go to the online site, logged in this am though to see if that would stop the emails, but so far i am still getting them

any one else getting multi emails from them or could it be my email account playing up?? i normally only get 1 email a month on this, but so far 7 in less than 24 hours!

i too have had one a day since my statement was produced, on 26th, been on today and viewed it and payed it so may or may not get another email, paying only once however!!!! lol

thanks for the replies, it sounds like its them and not me, just signed ontomy email account and no more since i posted this so fingers crossed thats the end of it! though i may have jinxed myself now by saying that!

I have 2 emails from capital one and when they send my postal statements it has 2 copies but I pay once and its okay.

Same thing happened to me. Received an email on 25th, went onto the website and paid. Then got 3 more on 26th, 27th and 28th. Haven't had one today though so I'm guessing it was a bug that they've fixed today now it's a working day again maybe??
