Hi Guys,
I've just stumbled across this thread, if any of you guys who monitor the Absolute Radio "PYBs" names have SKY+, you can set a manual recording for absolute radio for the times eg. 7.05am -> 7.15am, and repeat the recording daily. then you can play it back, with pause & rewind.

- Please don't flame if this has been suggested before. just trying to help :-)

Unfortunately I don't have sky+ otherwise would consider doing that.

Yeap, I've registered - hee hee. I pop headphones on at work for 4 mins at the various times. I had wondered if people were doing what you are doing on this thread. I will try to post updates now as well for us if I can.
