Keyhook.exe entry point not found

I'm getting this window pop up at start up if I click it off the comp works as normal but how can I stop this from happening?
Title - keyhook.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ?ReadkeyString@CSiSReg@@SAHPAD0H0PAUHKEY_@@K@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library SiSBase.dll
I did just update something for this on microsoft update but it doesnt give an uninstal option for it

1. Make sure you have the video driver disk or motherboard system disk for your video board or motherboard (if the video is built-in).
2. Use the , control panel , system , hardware ,device manager to uninstall the display driver.
3. Reboot your PC. Windows will discover new hardware and will want to install driver for it , browse to the CD
if you do not have the CD then run this

Didnt have the the video driver disk or anything but I did a system restore back to the day before and luckily it put it right. I just had to go to microsoft update again to redownload the other updates but I left the sis one there even though it came up for update again.Thanx
