Connecting my Sky to another Telly

Hello,
We currently have Sky down stairs and Virgin Media in the Bedroom. Bought a new TV for the kitchen yesterday with Freeview but as we do not have an actual aerial on the roof picture quality is practically non existent. I live in Coventry and apparently we are in a dip wich affects the receiving of channels. I want to be able to watch TV in the kitchen and wondered if there is a cheap alternative to buying the Sky Receivers as they seem a little confusing. I thought perhaps running a wire through to the kitchen, if so what do I need? Failing that are there any easy Receivers I'll be able to do myself?
Your help would be much appreciated!

This sort of thing will do. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Thomson-VS480U-Wireless-Control-Satelite/dp/B0019M4G58/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1230473224&sr=8-1
Whatever you watch on Sky you will see it on your other Tv without wires.
