    Hi All,

As far as I know, all LX Direct codes begining with ZG are for new customers, and ZQ ones are for existing customers.

It is possible to use a ZG and XX or a ZQ and XX code on same transaction too, apparantly!

    Cheers

I used a code to purchase a slow cooker, and it worked fine - can I ask, has anyone successfully ordered to the same address twice, but from different people?

ie can my gf, who has never shopped there before use the same code, and get the same discount, even though the address is the same?

    Thanks

    Dan

A few points for all of you in case you didnt know....

    1) Often the system accepts a code in the basket. When you then checkout, it may disappear. If it does so, and you proceed, you have no guarantee it will be deducted later. You simply need to find a code which persists through the checkout. It can be frustrating, but it does work eventually.

    2) Once you get it to work, the payment system is a bit confusing. They charge you the full amount of the item. They also charge you for the postage on a 2nd transaction. Then on a 3rd transaction, they credit you for the voucher.

except for the general public when it can mean whatever they want it to.

Sorry to ask but does anyone have a code for either new or existing customers?

    Many thanks
