1. The offer is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L'Or!al employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entry to the offer is free. Only one entry per household is permitted.
4. Entries will only be accepted on the official entry form on the Beauty Confidential website. Entrants must have Internet access to the eligible for the promotion.
5. Proof of sending cannot be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be taken for entries lost, damaged or delayed whether due to technical problems or otherwise. Incomplete, illegal or misdirected entries will not be accepted.
6. Entries must be received on or before 16th January 2009. The promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries.
7. The first 10,000 entries drawn at random will receive a L’Or!al Paris Volume Shocking Mascara. The entries will be drawn on 31st January 2009 and the winning entrants will be notified in writing within 28 days of the draw date.
8. Please allow 28 days for delivery. The sample is as stated and there is no alternative or cash substitute.
9. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. If the prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
11. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add to or waive any of these terms and conditions, or to substitute the sample or cancel this offer at any time.
