Average Flat Price On This Street ?

Hi me and my partner are currently finalizing on a flat purchase, now were happy with the amount we paid and the mortgage we secured, but were wondering what would the average flat price on this street be?

its a 2 bed upper flat, Its double glazed and looks like recent central heating, right next to asda etc.

We're paying 32k for it from a housing association, again we're happy with this price but just wondering what others thought.

Street is charles street, boldon colliery, ne35 9

If you look on Rightmove and then click on the House Prices tab, then you can have a look at the prices paid for flats on that street.

Put in your postcode, property type (flat), and then Sold in (all years).

The Charles Street average for a flat is £29,233.
  • If you're happy who cares what others think?

Quick look on www.houseprices.co.uk and I can't find any sales for charles street. Is it a new development and what share of the house have you bought?
  • its no a new development, and its 100% of the flat we are buying.
