    bit of a random question ----

    who is going on a diet in Jan? and if so what diet?

    I should do WW cos I have all the stuff. but pffft don't fancy it.

    I am Buffy. I'll be doing SW. I did it last year and it suits us. DH is going to do it too ;)

    Just watched an episode of Numbers. AM STUNNED.

    i love it when a TV programme does that. of course i would rather my life did that occasionally but until I have a life............

    Been looking at WW. guess it would be easy.

    also to my shame i have a step machine thingy, a mountain bike (no laughing at the back please!) and various fitness dvd's so there is no reason for me to be this fat achy mess!!
