  • Hey Boots guys and gals. Can someone give me some advice please. My MIL bought me a No7 face set for Christmas containing mini cleanser, toner etc and a towelling headband. I don't usually use No7 on my face as I have sensitive skin and No7 does nothing for it. I do like No7 make-up though so do you think Boots would exchange it for the No7 lipgloss or eyeshadow set instead? Obviously I don't have a receipt. I know it's all now half price, but as I only want to exchange for another set that doesn't really matter, does it?

    Thanks in advance x

I wouldn't think it would be a problem especially if you say that you have a reaction to no7 skincare but you like the cosmetics ;)

    Is anyone having this problem?

I have some items in my basket, trying to add but keeps coming up with message " one or more of your items are not available etc". I try to click on my basket and the message comes up " Generic application error".
Even if i try to add non sale items the same messages come up.

    Anyone know of a solution?

    Thanks

If that doesn't work then some people have just opened a new account and it's gone through first time.

All the S&G sets had vanished by 10.30am 27th Dec from Swansea main branch too:confused: . Just hope I get my Dotcom order intact!

Is that the new voucher - one for photos, well what a load of rubbish. Their photo developing costs have never been cheap and most people have digital cameras and can get them done much cheaper with online companies. I think I will refuse them if i am offered them!!!!! This will surely be their biggest voucher flop yet! Very disappointing!

Soap and glory Glove Story - no voucher!

That is all I bought from the Boots sale . I had £70 of points ready to go but when I got there I just felt would be wasting my points on stuff I don't need! I found that stocking up on stuff way in advance of Christmas just meant I spent more than usual and my girls got far more than I usually buy in the way of make up and toiletries!
I still have some stuff left in the stash and got the big Estee Lauder case for Christmas from Mum and Dad so really do not need anything else. I think I will use points on necessities as I go along this year and try to give up the Bootsing! I dread to think how much I have spent there this last few months!

Sanctuary Ultimate Spa Experience Bag - £3 voucher

Burnt some points in the 50% sale - saving the rest for 75 % (if there is anything left!!) Some of the perfume sets are very good value compared to buying the fragrance alone. Overheard this conversation between two SAs yesterday...
Sa1 - thinking of buying this Anna Sui set - it's half price!
SA2 - let's look at the price of the fragrance... oh look it's £19 (ish) and the set is only £12(ish) and you get a body lotion too.
SA1 - OH. I won't use the body lotion, so I might as well just buy the fragrance on its own.
