    grrr,

just phoned my local boots, and the very unhelpful/unpolite (sounded like she couldnt be arsed, and she felt like she souldnt have to answer phone queries) SA said they did have the half price jelly belly bean dispensers..... but they had now sold out!

I really want one for my partners birthday...... he loves jelly beans and i refuse to pay full price for a silly present like that.

went to house of fraser today and none of their jelly belly stuff is reduced at all!

has anyone seen the dispenser anywhere with money off?

    thanks

    xXx

wellingborough had the jelly bean man and the jelly gum ball dispenser, not sure if they will have any now, i have the large jelly belly gum ball dispenser dh got it for me from harrods, as i love jelly belly beans, so does my daughter. although i hate root beer.

Just a quick question. Does anyone if Boots do any nice bathing robes/dressing gowns for ladies? My Mom wants a new and I was thinking I could always get one from Boots with my points if they do.

If not, does anyone know where else I might be able to get a nice posh one? Sorry to sound really thick, but I have no idea where to go looking for one. Oooops! Thanks.

mimi you are lovely to think of your mum! my suggestion is george at asda. they have half price fluffy fleecy robes (£9) in some pretty colours. these wash brilliantly, dry quick (important in this weather) and are very comfortable and more flattering than thicker cotton robes x

We might still be happy bunnies then. :j Fingers crossed! Maybe they are showing as out of stock to stop the glitch.
  • Just waved goodbye to overnight visitors - phew! Am venturing to Boots Graveyard tomorrow, at Beckton, for the first time, where I hope to pick up shmillions of bargains, such as large £50 gift sets, battered, for £1 - some hopes!

Has anyone been there before and knows the wonderful things I could expect to find/should look out for please?

Off topic - just heard on the news that Adams Children's Wear is the latest credit crunch casualty. How rotten for the staff.

EDIT - Apparently Adams makes clothes for Boots, so not so much off topic.
  • Does anyone know when the Boots 75% sale is due to start this year?

Disney store online have some in their sale half price, fantastic quality and wash really well. Have bought loads as presents and they have always been well received.

Hi Mimi, Hope you had a good Christmas :j I have never seen any dressing gowns in Boots  Try Asda, I bought some lovely thick/soft/warm (sounds like me:rotfl: ) ones before Christmas for £18 each. They have a hood on, which not everyone likes. No doubt they will be in the sale now, but they are very luxurious.

Hi, I asked before but now lost on the old thread,

If a fragrance is out of stock, is it likely to come back in stock? Or is it gone for good? Thanks!

Also wre we guessing Tues 12th for 75%?
