A&L Credit Card

Hi,

My other half has applied for an A&L Premier Direct Account - during the application she also asked for a Moneyback Credit Card & Overdraft. She has received the following email:-
Dear XXXXXXXXXXXX

We are delighted to let you know that your application for an Alliance &
Leicester Premier Direct Current Account has been successful. We are now
setting up your new account. We will send you written confirmation in the
post within the next couple of days.

This message is for information only. You cannot reply to this message by
e-mail.

There is no mention about the credit card or overdraft - WIll she receive another email?

when i opened mine it was the same email however it said that i did not qualify for the credit card so the application has been cancelled so it sounds like its a good sign

You will recieve a letter stating what overdraft limit they will give you. Mine was £800. They will attempt to match an overdraft limit you might have with the account you are switching from, but they will require proof (recent statement or letter from your bank confirming your limit.

I sent them screen shots of my online banking as the OD limit doesn't show on my statements and they requested that I send them a letter from my bank, however, they sent me another letter confirming that they had matched my limit before I had even sent the letter!
