I ordered some goods (cat food) on 22nd December from chemistdirect. I paid extra to have them delivered next day by courier.
Nothing arrived so I emailed them and they replied saying they were sorry and would deal with it straight away. Nothing happened so I emailed them again - no reply.
Now when I check my online account it says I have not made any orders!!! Up until today it said my order had been recieved and was being processed, now it says I have not made any orders!! I'm so angry with them.
I have started a dispute with paypal and I hope I'll get my money back (£53). I'm worried that if the've gone bust I may never get it back.

Well i spoke to them Friday, so doubt they've gone bust, but they are useless!
I got the first apology email, then no action. When I finally got hold of the woman she made no comment on the fact they had ignored all of my other emails! Just don't think the owner understands that if they treat existing customers badly the message will spread far beyond them.

I did that and they do not have anyone of that number listed!!!!!!
When I searched using their postcode I found they are registered, by why is the number they give wrong?

er, that could be the company registration number, not an RPS number

I got through on the phone today. The say the courier tried to deliver it today but I was out and they left a calling card. I was in all day and there is no card!

I tried calling all day and couldn't get through! I've tried another email and the online form too... all ignored!

Can't I phone the police or something? I'm not bothered about the money, I just don't see why a company should be able to take an order, take your money within 24hrs and then ignore you outright for the next month plus!

I emailed the Royal Pharmaceutical Society earlier (http://www.rpsgb.org.uk/societyfunctions/complaints/) if anyone wants to join me.

Honestly tempted to go down to their offices where ever they are even if it does cost me twice as much as my product!

I have already sent an email to the RPS - they replied and said they could do nothing about it!
I doubt there will be any point giving them a visit, I suspect it's just a mailing address.
I've made a complaint to the council (Trading standards Office) in their area - the email address is contact@sandwell.gov.uk

Yeah thats just great but its a shame they have taken my money, sent me nothing and ignored all my emails and telephone messages. The internet seems to be full of people complaining about them.
