Icesave - still not received paper claim form

My husband and I both had savings in Icesave. I got my money out but unfortunately managed to lock his account and even though we tried on numerous occasions to re-set his password it wasn't possible. In the end he rang up and got told to write off for a paper claim form which he did around the end of November I think, but it still hasn't come. We did then receive a "round robin" letter saying that basically they noticed he hadn't claimed online and so would be sending a claim form in the New Year. My question is ... is there a telephone number (apart from the Icesave helpline number) that we can call to a) see if they have his letter b) ring up and get another claim form sent, as they are obviously not taking any notice of the letter, if they do have it? I don't suppose there is anywhere online that I can download it is there?

Any other suggestions?

Many thanks

Hannah

Join the club! Didn't even get the 'round robin' letter although did get a message on my phone wondering why I hadn't claimed online.
No replies to letters, webforms, emails or satisfactory answers from phone numbers ( whether you speak to London, Newcastle or Bristol).
  • Ditto here. Have a largish wodge of cash in total limbo, with no idea how to get it. Spoken, emailed, written.
After a great start, the FSCS has disintegrated, imho, despite their recent self backslapping pr.
    Thank you Darling!
  • Don't suppose anybody has an email address for Loretta Minghella? (the big cheese at the FSCS.)
I'm getting thoroughly brassed off to read what a great job they're doing.
  • Perhaps Martin could raise a few of our many concerns? :money:
  • Still haven't received a paper claim form for my wife's ISA - bombarded by round robin emails trying to get me to claim online - which she can't. I have only told them that about 8 times!
  • Received first e-mail. Never received second - despite checking all spam. Tried to log on to claim via web. Account locked & could not be reset. Phoned FSCS as well as leaving message on their website. Received paper claim form a few days ago. Returned it. No acknowledgment yet. StillWaiting
