No, it won't work in WMP, at least not without a plugin for AAC+ streams. You could download a plugin from HERE or download Winamp.

They don't claim to be able to do so. The most simple form can capture IP addresses and the datastream would also capture an IP address. If it is a scam it is not for the reasons you so hugely and pinkly stated.

Cripes, every single web form you fill in has the ability to capture your IP address! Anything from a blog to an online shop does this, so why the hysteria??

I think you all misunderstood me.

I am not saying it is difficult for them to trace our Internet IP address but I am saying that it is difficult to trace our exact physical address/location from our IP address.
The best they could do would to be trace the IP address to a rough area

You enter your email address. Who said anything about actual address? Frankly it's about as dangerous as someone watching you walk though your front door.
