Having problem with my printer Canon BJC-4550. Have changed cartridges and cleaned print heads a number of times but problem persists.
Find below attached example of defect to printed copy. Can anyone suggest any cure?

You will need to upload your example image to some free web hosting on the internet and then link to it there. Sign up for an account at http://www.imagecave.com/, upload your picture then copy their "EZ Code" link next to your image and post it here. That will show the image.

It sounds like you may have a broken print head. Has the printer been left for a while without being used? If so, there is probably a problem with dried up ink stopping some of the ink flowing through the nozzle meaning the required amount is failing to appear on the page.casey59 wrote:Having problem with printer Canon 4550.
