Confused by numbers

Got my CC statement, and it has left me really confused.
Available Credit £0
Credit Limit £1,500
Statement Balance £1,298.30

According to my calculations there should be £201.07 Available Credit. Not that I intend spending on it since i have cut it up, and the pieces are in a sealed envelope at my mum's. Just slightly worried why it now suddenly has this £0 available.

Anyone any ideas??

Perhaps you have pending transactions that have yet to hit your account but have affected your available credit? Or perhaps your CC company has reviewed your account and removed your credit facility?

For a definite answer you would have to ring them.

I would call them about this as it clearly does not make sense.

    Try www.saynoto0870.com for a non-chargeable number.

    Best Wishes for 2009
  • Thanks for the number code NickX.
I have no pending orders coming off it, the very final one is there on statement.
Think I will call, don't mind if they have withdrawn my credit, but if they had, I would have thought that my Credit Limit would also say £0, not just the available credit.

  • Well I have called my CC provider, and it turns out it is just a misprint on my statement, and I do have £201 available credit as I had worked out. Can rest easy now knowing it was just a printing error and nothing dodgy happening with my account.
