Profit on my ebay stuff has been amazing - I've doubled my money!!! I can never usually get motivated to ebay and am starting to lose my motivation so must get back on track. I've still got about 10 things listed at the mo but still some to go. I haven't heard of recruiting before so thanks for the tip will have add it to the to-do list cos have still got to read bed time stories!!
Rachelja - Are we the only 2 left lol where's everyone gone? It's only week 3!!!JUST DO IT ONE BRICK AT A TIMEPROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBTSWeekly Budget: groceries£50/petrol£50/Unnecesary£15DEBT PAID = 58% (£4,212/£8216):T0 -
I was wondering the same thing too Jet, where did everyone go?
Consumerpulse is good. You just put in your shopping, barcodes etc and get 50p an item and 50p a week if you check in every week. I think you get paid for 20 items a month. Then you can choose from shops like Next, Debenhams, B&Q etc and more. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Consumerpulse sounds great - I'll have to investigate, thanks
I think I've done nothing really this week apart from post some ebay sales. I've got lazy because my total's a lot higher than I thought it would be in week 2Not much happening this weekend on the challenge front as have already got a jam packed weekend so next week I'll pull my finger out again!!
If it is just you and me rachelja wanna race to see who gets there first?:D

You're on Jet lol though I am stuck a little waiting for balances etc to clear! As long as we both make it that will be fine hehe
I am in the middle of opening a cahoot account for mb to make that easier and avoid credit card fees. Could have done loads today but weekend is a nightmare - no gas -heating/water and 2 littlies  Should be fixed Monday.
Lets do better next week! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
hi, i would love to join this challenge please, starting late so will start my 1st week next week, so need to come up with some ideas for the 1st £1.
idea could i charge my husband £1 for a snog! okay the rule for not selling something you originally bought to make your money but what if you have bought your husband or children something and they no longer want it, instead of throwing it out or charity shopping it could they donate it back to me to sell. another idea to raise some money is get something off freecycle and sell. One day I will live in a cabin in the woods0 -
I'm still here too!
Sorry, been very busy, squeezing in as many extra shifts at my second job as I could fit in, and haven't had a chance to update my total. Now on £235 which I am very pleased with :T but after listing 6 decent items on ebay and only selling 1 I am a bit disheartened with it
Have done the free bingo every day, started doing free clicks, and have even got a £1 tip at work (finally a generous customer!), but if it wasn't for grabbing every shift that comes up my total would be a lot smaller.
That Consumer Pulse sounds interesting - might have a look into that tomorrow.
I must think up some more ways to make money!!Total Debt January 2014 £10,725.44

You'll never guess what I won on the bingo AGAIN last night Jet, another £200, well £199.99! Two lines on TAB bingo, it is no lose for the rest of this week. Sometimes the pot is as much as £1k. :jNice to see some more faces
Another £14.24 knocked off the total, did a little extra at work and every little helps lolThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
wow rachelja well done on the bingo win thats great.
okay my 1st week starts today and i am starting with £25 as i had a cold weather payment today and was totally not expecting the money so thought it would be my start for this challenge. im not going to go down the cash back site route as after looking into it i realise you have to wait 3/4mths to get the money, im hopefully going to have my money in my hand or at least the bank weekly, just got to work on my game plan to double my money for next week. thinking maybe of trying to cash in on valentines as its just over 3 wks away. im pretty crafty so thinking of investing my £25 into so crafty stuff and making and selling on ebay, something quick and easy selling cheap but enough hopefully to double my money what do you guys think. wish the weather was warmer and car boot season had started would make life easier me thinks. how is everyone else doing.xOne day I will live in a cabin in the woods0
