Printer not working on Vista Laptop

Have tried to transfer my printer (LexmarkP915) from home computer to my laptop but does not print.
The laptop operates on windows vista so I have uploaded the driver from the lexmark website but still nothing, what am I doing wrong???
Can anyone help?

Sorry only just realised someone had replied.
Just checked and yes it does with a big green tick at the side of it but still not printing !!!

I had trouble when I uploaded new drivers for my lexmark. I e mailed lexmark and the next day they sent me a blow by blow account of what to do and it worked.0
