How do you find out if your computer has bluetooth? A friend got a new mobile and they want to add songs/ringtones to it but there is no cable. Is there any other way of adding songs/music to mobile?

  • Either bluetooth or infrared. One way would be to search for the laptop on google and view the specs of it and what connectivity it's got.

Can you get a cable for to connect a Nokia 2760 to computer? Perhaps then files could be transferred?
  • It would only mention Bluetooth in Device Manager if the function was turned on - usually a combination key using the Fn button and one of the F keys. There would also be a bluetooth logo/light somewhere around the keyboard to tell you whether it's switched on or off. As has been mentioned, a cable would be a better/easier option and they are available for the vast majority of phones - EBay is the cheapest source or your local market - avoid the main phone retailers. Bluetooth works well/easily between phones, but can be a bit more of a problem to set up on a computer.

I don't think there is a cable for the phone, Nokia 2760, there certainly isn't in the box. Can anyone advise me different?
