Hi all
Can anybody help? I want to know if there are any bank accounts with any providers that have mini accounts, which would be ideal for us for budgeting, within the main account. The only one that I know of is Intelligent Finance. Are there any others and are the rates of interest any good?
Any info would be appreciated
Thanks
Sean

Hi! Unsure as to what you mean by mini account? Is this an account where you can transfer money from your current account? If so, is this not similar to something like an e-savings account, i.e. A&L Current A/C and E-Savings Account?0

ING Direct have an account that lets you set up 'jars' (as in your IF example), and currently pays 4.5% AER.0

Sainsburys http://www.sainsburysbank.co.uk/savings/sav_internetsaver_is_skip.shtml
You can open as many accounts as you like good rate to 4.75%Gross
Ive just got one, good for planning.
From their site......You can open as many Internet Saver accounts as you want. This means you can keep specific accounts for specific purposes, for example Holiday, New Car, Wedding or Rainy Day, so it will be easy to keep track of exactly how much you have saved in each account.0 -
Thanks for the advice I will look at both the ING Direct account and Sainsburys bank as well as the A&L Current A/C and E-Savings Account to see which one gives me the best0
