paypal request for money??

hi - sorry if posted in wrong thread but does anyone know which option you tick when you want to request money and paypal doesn't charge for it? (someone owes me money - they want to pay for it by paypal)
The options are:-

I think it is the person sending the money that has to select personal payment, you cant request one.0

Yep, only when you 'send funds' is there a personal (no fees) payment option.0

Be careful with these- I don't think you get seller protection with them so if there is a problem with the item, you are not entitled to go ask paypal for help.0

It has to be marked 'personal' payment and the payment has to be via bank transfer or paypal balance - card transactions still incur a charge.:www: :: MFi3 ::
