Best Pre-Pay Credit Cards?

I have been looking at pre-pay credit cards, and the choice is quite bewildering! Can anyone suggest the best of all of the available cards?

It really depends on your spending pattern.
For me the Cashplus mastercard is the best as I just pay a monthly fee and can use the card as much as I like. I also can top it up easily top it up at a local cheque cashing place and you can get statements etc online.
Can't comment on the others though.LBM : March 2008

I have one of those paypal top up
cards,I use it just like a debit card
dont pay any fees though I paid
£5 to buy it amd usualy top it up
from my paypal account
I know there is a £2 charge if I
want to get cash from any cash
machine.I can check my transactions
