I know some of you have had problems with play but I can't fault their service. I purchased a DVD Writer and it developed a fault 3 days after the 28 day period covered by their returns policy had expired. I telephoned support at 11pm. They gave me the option of getting a full refund or a replacement, I asked for a refund. They sent me an e-mail with the return details. I returned the item on the 5th of December a week later I received a full return + the cost of the return postage.
