I've tried all day and it's crashed my iPhone so I've had to do a complete restore - everything else I've synced before and after is fine!?!?

It's very odd. I think it's God's way of telling me that I mustn't encourage Lily Allen :D

it may be a corrupt file causing or that you don't have enough free space on the phone

have you tried re-downloading the file or freeing some space on the device?

I've got 1.76gb free so that can't be it, can it? Yes, I've deleted and re-downloaded the video a couple of times - it just won't have it - most bizarre! Thanks for your help anyway


There's a lovely freebie today - a Christmas Creature Comforts episode. Hope that doesn't break my iPhone as well!

Yes, good point! - the last couple of days, there hasn't been a free link at the top of the page, has there. It's down at the bottom with the various other options.

Yep charged me too :mad: I went thro the Quidco page that i have used everyday so far with the promo and got the others free. There is no way i would of paid for this download so i am a bit pee'd bout it.

I found contact details on one of the pages and, although they assured me that the account balanced they have credited me with 5 free songs :T . (Took 2 emails though)

I won't be downloading anything else for 'free' unless I take a screen shot first.

They just emailed me saying I had not been charged by them, so I to a screen shot of my online statement and emailed it back to them. How can they charge someone without knowing it. Is there any other sites where you can download music and videos? Or is it only iTunes.

Gosh, so it shows on your statement as being charged... in that case you should get a refund. Mine showed as being 'free' and I got a credit for 5 free tunes.
