Thing is, when I go to the transaction page it shows as being downloaded for free....
I wasn't really interested in the download. DS1 had an ipod for Christmas and just wants it full.... that will teach me to be greedy

I got a receipt for the first 2 downloads emailed to me today and there's a "report a problem" button. Maybe you'll get one?0 -
I got charged £1.58 for yesterdays download. I know its not much but would not have done it if I had known they charge. has any one found a way to contact them? The last time I checked free meant free.0

I managed to download the Lily Allen vid to my iTunes ok, but it just will not sync to my iPhone. It keeps saying the device has timed out - whatever that means. It's never happened before - I have no idea why it's doing it now?0
