Any ideas for left over veg?

Thanks everyone - some great ideas - lasagne, curry, soup, burgers. I'll be trying the veggie burgers with sweet chilli sauce and I love the sound of the samosas. And there may even be some left for the chickens (they love their veg!).:T0

Not having cooked a Christmas dinner this year I'm really missing my leftover veg for bubble and squeak. I might boil some up for veggie burgers and samosas too. Yum!0

So long as your sprouts aren't soggy you can cut them in half and stir fry with garlic and ginger, I also do parsnips julienned with them, great with leftover turkey pie, we're having them with duck tonight though!GC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£4000
