Hi, sorry it's taken me ages to reply!
It may only be temporary and the refund may be automatically processed back on to your card. If not, go back to the store you bought the item from, with your receipt and bank statement and either a manager or a senior cashier should be able to pull up your transaction on the system to try and determine the problem.
