MAC Code from Orange

I have recently asked for a MAC code from Orange which was sent to my email. When I input this code to make the switch to 02, it was rejected as the code was in the wrong format - there was 1 number missing.I have since requested another code from Orange but have received nothing after 5 days - the limit set down in law. Who do I now go to to try and resolve this problem ?
