does MSE think they take the p, and maybe leave themseves open for recaim of overdue/reconnect/cashpayment charges, under unfair contract laws?
(just like the credit card campaign..)

The whole question of these type of charges and are they reasonable is under review by Ofcom see: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1368625
The charge BT make for not paying by dd has been tested in the court a number of times and found to be fair.0
