Im a little disappointed with Lush today. Got home opened my order which was all there, though my Jungle hair treatment was a mushed up mess and in bits in the bag it came in, but they didn't send me any samples. I also request a couple of samples when I make a decent order online, and they're always great, but this time they didn't send any

When you were already getting free stuff they probably never bothered with samples. It says on Lush website not to expect samples all the time, the same applies instore.
As for jungle id advise ringing or emailed customer service and they will send you a replacement.

I treated myself to some more lush today because they were giving away 3 of the small gift boxes (under 10) away today as well as the other items that before you only got one of. I also used my 10% off voucher.

I got:
