Received a voting form to day for three resolutions. I have voted against the resolution to create more shares and sell at a discount. We (the UK shareholders) got ripped off last time, they were not available for us to buy, those lucky peeps that could had a lovely profit.
I hope that enough UK shareholders will vote against the resolution so that the Board will have a good think. Whistling in the wind? Probably
