Apologies if this has been covered before but I couldn't find anything via the search facility, but does anyone have the formula for calculating the cost of gas usage please? I'm sure they used to give the formula on gas bills but I don't have one to hand as I've been on paperless billing for some time and couldn't find…

There are another couple of ways to tell too. If your serial number on the gas meter begins with a letter, it is usually metric. Also if the reading on your meter consists of 5 black dials & 3 red dials it is usually metric as well.
