Anyone know much about the Paypal Credit Card (Master Card) was thinking of trying to get this and wondered if anyone else was using and if it was worthwhile.

it's run by GE Money the same people who run the Asda card, last time i looked it was a decent apr and 0% bt for 9 months/ 3months 0% on purchases.0

I thought this was basically a prepaid card, not a proper credit card... i.e. you top it up via PayPal before you can use it... no credit involved at all.0

With the prepaid one, can you withdrawl from you Paypal account instantly?0

Your PAYPAL account and PAYPAL topupcard maintain seperate balances.
And although you can transfer money from your PAYPAL account to your Topupcard, the transfer isn't instant.
I did it and i was checking the receiving account for a hour and it had not arrived. Checked next day and it was there...
