Now showing as sold out.0 -
I placed my order not long after I got the email from Lakeland launching the sale. It seemed to go through OK and I was pleased with my bargains - but today I get a note in the post from them telling me I still the same amount again as the items were obviously charged at full price, even though my confirmation email says otherwise!
So I called their customer services and the CSA said the difference was the drop in VAT and to ignore their note - I just couldn't get over what their note was telling me! Now I log on to my account and it says my order was cancelled.
Anybody else had problems with their sale order? I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my order does arrive correctly at some point.0 -
I placed my order on the 24th and it is now showing as dispatched.

Placed my order on christmas day, and it was delivered this morning.
In case anyone is still putting their order together, as I suspected the edibles have good dates on - the ones I've received are; Apple & Cinnamon fudge Mar2010, JD fudge Mar2010, Chocolate Motorcycles Feb2010, Chocolate Trains Dec2009 and Dark Ginger truffles Nov2009 - only wish I had the pennies to put another order in (especially as I didn't spot the seagrass baskets last time).
Very surprised at the poor service some are receiving - Lakeland have always been great in my experience - maybe there's temp christmas staff in the offices right now?DFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0 -

They had some nice jam sets but had sold out online but managed to find one in store. I get a lot of Lakeland sale items to keep in for gifts, quality has always been good.
