Debit Card Transaction times

Hi,
This is my first post in these forums and I'm hoping someone can give me a bit of advice!

I made an order to swisscolony.com on 5th December using my Lloyds Debit Card - the total was approximately £110 as its in US$. this was earmarked on my account as usual and I didn't think any more about it.

Its now 24th December and the funds are no longer ear marked but swisscolony.com have not taken the money from my account yet.
Customer Service at swisscolony is virtually non existant with the person I spoke to not being able to assist me at all.

This is the longest I've ever known anything take to go over my account!

How long can a transaction take to go over and can it eventually "time out"?
is it worth contacting Lloyds?
Not sure what to do!!
Thankyou in advance!

Blakey
