Is it still there?0

yes its still there and it will be this time next year and the years after.
the same people will always be saying he has lost and this time it rteally will have to be demolished, but they will be just as wrong as they were several years ago saying the same things.
they will still be saying the same things in years to come but mr fidler is always one step ahead.
fidler is a hero, he has set a president for others to follow.
the planning laws are a joke, now many others will be building without all the messing about trying to get permission, they will be successful just like the fidlersThe thing about chaos is, it's fair.0 -
They certainly will be as successful as the incredibly well-named Fidler, yes...
Hundreds of thousands (at least) in legal bills, and an impending prison sentence. Gosh, I wish I could be that successful.0 -
I would hardly call it successful
As already mentioned hundreds of thousands in legal bills, prison and your wife on the verge of a nervous breakdown.
Yes a really clever bloke0 -
I think the judge made a very clever judgement by suspending the sentence. It means either Fiddler demolishes it himself by next year, or he goes to jail and the council carries out the work and bills him.
Yes, he sure is winning this one:rotfl:0 -
Despite the doubts expressed on here, I think it will eventually be taken down by either Fidler or the council
The reason being that it's too high profile for the council to lose the case, they will see it through to the end.
Plus there are no doubts that the law is not on his side - he has not come close to succeeding at any point in the appeal process.
Perhaps not by next June as required, but I would think certainly by summer 20170 -
