I have just sold my old mobile phone .I said in the description I would only send to the UK.The winner is in India,has no feedback.I contacted him to ask if he had a UK address,and he replied saying that the phone is for his nephew in Nigeria!!!!!!!!He has offered to pay by paypal and offered £60 postage.Whats going on?

He will send you a faked email pertaining to be from Paypal and hope that you dont check your account. Avoid like the plague.0

I have already contacted the second in the auction with a second chance offer but I just couldnt work out how he was going to try and scam me.I might just play along see what happens0

Go to Ebay on the grounds that you specified you wanted UK bidders only.
They should be able to advise you and avoid you getting bad feedback.

If you go through the NPB process and for the reason click on "buyer wanted postage to a country that I don't offer" and you should get your fees back instantly as this happened when I listed a PSP they tried to scam me so I put that reason on ebay and as soon as I entered the details my refund came straight through0

Set up a new (fake) email address and send him a Virus.
then delete email address.
