My old Fan in my oven died - I found a new Fan on e-bay that was delivered 2 days after placing the order.
I fitted the Fan that night - only to find that it did not appear to work. After e-mailing the customer services and following the diagnostics actions to make sure that I had fitted it correctly - they sent me out a new fan without argument - telling me to dispose of the old one.
I always think that a sign of a good company how they respond to problems.
I will definitely use Sussex Cooker Repairs and Spares again!
