NPower late bill

Im with NPower and my meter was read in November but have not had a bill yet. Is this usual? I have tried contacting them by email but no reply. Have checked my online bill and its the August one. Just worried in case I have a big bill.
They did change my meter the quarter before but I dont think that would have anything to do with it. I usually have my bill by now.

You should have had something by now, so I'd call and chase them (it means braving the call centres). They may have issues with their billing system, although if they do, there should be something on their website. If you pay by DD, then you may not be a priority as they are not missing out on any money...
If you're using their online facility, make sure you provide regular meter readings (monthly is sensible) so that there is no dispute over your usage.0 -
