    I got a sofa set with them in October 2007, and they used HFC Bank, which I was rejected with, so they apply with G E Capital, and I was accepted. Not sure which credit reference angency they use.

    Hi,

    Just an update - I phoned DFS today to check the progress on my finance application. They told me that my application with Hitachi Finance has been declined but I have been accepted with Blackhorse.

    Not very happy through as 2 searches would have now been applied to my credit report.

    Anyway how would you rate Blackhorse?

    They are a component of Lloydstsb and the only draw back is they forever keep sending offers for loans.
