I signed up for bingo with bingosky.co.uk a few months ago as they were offering a bonus for depositing. I deposited some money and played a few games. Last time I looked I had a positive balance due to some small wins, but not large enough to withdraw (min is £20). I then forgot about it for a few months but I logged in yesterday to spend what I had left in the account. I went to play but was told that I cannot play any more games because more I hadn't deposited anything for more than 45 days! So I have money in there that is rightfully mine, and yet I cannot withdraw and I cannot play through the money to try to get to the payout level. So avoid this one if you are looking for bingo sites would be my advice

From the website.
To maintain an active status on the website a minimum deposit is required at least once every 45 days. The games will not be accessible to players who do not make a deposit every 45 days, regardless if the player account has a balance consisting of either cash, winnings and/or bonuses.0 -

yep it's there on the site but it doesn't make it right. Imagining opening up a new bank account, depositing some money then going back 46 days later to be told you can't take your money out because you haven't used your account0 -

I am afraid you accepted that by clicking I accept or submit during signup, which means you agree to the sites terms and condition put into place.
I would see if it is possible if the money is withdrawable with a further deposit by asking CS,if not play it through.
Is this YOUR money or bonus money of any sort whatsoever?0 -
yes it would be possible to just deposit more than withdraw, but I'm not prepared to deposit anymore to a site I no longer trust. Fully appreciate that it's in the T&Cs and I accepted those by signing up but that doesn't make it a fair practice.0

The Pacific Poker client does this after a year of the account not being used, they take a monthly charge of %15 of you current funds until they have depleted your balance as a administration cost.
So if I hade £1000 in my account and someone has £10 I would get charged more in admin charges than someone else.
Not fair but they are the T&C's0 -
