Incorrect date on PCN

Hiya all,
Parked in town on Sunday with blue badges as normal on double yellows. Came back to parking ticket because it's now "no loading" - sign wasn't clear and other people were parked and ticketed.
Thing is, date on PCN is 14/02/08 - what should I do?
Any advice would be great. Thanks,

It looks like Christmas has come early for you, as others will tell you in a more precise way the pcn is probably invalid as you never committed an offence on the 14/02/08. Wait for Neil B he'll put you on the right track.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

As long as what you describe as a "PCN" is just that and issued under decriminalised legislation then yes it is invalid. You can safely make an informal challenge to say so and they may not change it. If they try, come back.
For safety's sake. Confirm which Council and quote the legislation mentioned in the heading.0
