ING Websaver overpaid interest & strange logon

Received a letter today from ING stating that they had made a mistake - I was on a bonus rate for websaver till 1/10/08, and they had carried on paying it till December and that it would be corrected in Jan statement.
I had transferred all money out of it on 08/10/08 anyway, and interest of approx £30 was paid on 31/10. This I never got round to transferring out. Logged on today and found they had already made interest adjustment deduction on 5th Dec.
I wonder what would have happened if I had already taken that interest payment out ?
So I wonder if they have underpaid me in the past.
Now using Firefox I didn't have ING in bookmarks so just googled it. Clicked on .com check my account link. Thought logon screen looked different but carried on and entered customer number. At which point it said 'welcome Sophia' - worrying as my name not Sophia. At this point I realised I was on .com link and went to IE to find my usual logon and logged on ok.
