check your asda delivery

Options
Had my Christmas order from Asda delivered this morning. Over 20 items missing. Had a houseful at the time and with everyone bring in the shopping I did not notice how many bags there were. No potatoes, no sprouts, no red cabbage, no salt, in fact loads that I needed for the Christmas dinner !!!!! Phoned up but was told there was nothing they could do other than refund. Thank goodness I did not have it delivered Christmas Eve. My poor daughter-in-law braved Tesco's to buy all the missing items. She come home and when I asked her what it was like she replied HELL. Will definately not be trusting Asda again.
may your path be sprinkled with sunshine :A

Sorry to hear that welshgranny, I also had an Asda delivery today and it was great! There were two guys instead of the usual one, they both said the shop itself was hell and did I want to check if everything was there? It was all there, only one substitute which were icecream wafers (I had ordered the 50p ones and they gave me the expensive ones instead £1.35)

20 items missing? That is a lot, do you think they forgot to pick it or gave it to someone else?

I use ASDA online lots, and have had no problems. They probably gave your crate to someone else. I have on occasion had someone elses tray ;)
The only thing I will say, is to check the prices of what you ordered against what you actually receive. I've only ever had one problem here....I ordered a crate of 12 dog food, priced up at about £3.60...when they got delivered, they had gone up to a fiver, and it wasn't on offer originally. Thankfully I ordered ages ago and had already purchased a different dog food, so I just sent them back. I'm not bothered about a few pence, but that's quite a jump really.
Proud to be dealing with my debts :T

Don't throw away food challenge started 30/10/11 £4.45 wasted.

  • My wife was alone to receive the goods.
The guy bullied her not to check the list
    She said she will
The guy insisted and was bullying her saying he has something else to do
I did intervene and ask him to shut up or take all away back to the store if he is not happy with us checking

    He disappeared with the van
    They are errors

I rang asda, they have nothing to say only they apologise???
But the error is still here

I try to find an email, but zilch! they hide... lol

Now I have to write and ask them to be out of their list
And tell them they have lost a client

They are many good shops with nice delivery people
ASDA is not very serious and too much FRAUDULENT with their accomplice the delivery boy

Nice game, but not for me

A VERY dissatisfied client from Tolworth

    Because they are a troll?
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

  • For some reason they also awoke an old post on sheffieldforum.co.uk.

I noticed it on there last night, same name, exact same post.

    Strange huh?
