Hi
I am thinking of rebuilding my porch, at the moment it is one brick think. I wanted to make this two with insulation. This will mean that I extend my porch out about 6" and to the Right 6". On the left hand side I want to extend out about two foot so that I can have a small downstairs cupboard.
What I am trying to find out is do I need planning permission for this or can I just go ahead.
Thanks for any help

A shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man who does not exist.
A young loner on a crusade to champion the cause of the innocent,
the helpless, the powerless, in a world of criminals who operate above the law.

So far as I am aware, as long as you haven't had any other extensions to your property over 70 cubic metres, then you won't need planning permission to alter your porch.
